1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Icibu (the "Platform") located at icibu.com and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced herein. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued access to or use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

The content that appears on the Icibu Platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, app listings, logos, user interfaces, and software, is owned by Icibu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or creation of derivative works of the Platform content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

• Trademarks. Icibu and its logos are trademarks or service marks of Icibu. Use of Icibu marks requires our prior written permission.
• User content. If you submit content to the Platform, you retain ownership of that content. By posting, you grant Icibu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and perform such content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Platform.
• Restrictions. You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices associated with Icibu content, nor may you use Icibu content in a manner that would imply endorsement by Icibu without our express written consent.

3. Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Icibu Platform serves as an app discovery conduit that provides listings and links to applications hosted on Google Play. The actual apps are hosted by Google Play and are governed by Google’s terms of service and privacy policy. Icibu does not host, publish, certify, guarantee, or control the third-party applications found via the Platform.

While we strive to present accurate information about listed apps, descriptions, availability, pricing, and other details may change without notice. Your use of any app linked through Icibu is at your own risk. You should review the applicable terms, permissions, and privacy practices of the app and of Google Play before downloading or using the app. Icibu disclaims responsibility for the actions or policies of third-party developers and platform providers.

Links to external sites or services do not constitute endorsements by Icibu. Any user reviews or third-party content displayed on the Platform reflect the opinions of their respective authors and may not represent Icibu’s views.

4. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ICIBU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. ICIBU DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS, FREE OF VIRUSES, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ICIBU, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY LINKED THIRD-PARTY APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, ICIBU’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE PLATFORM DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS OR (B) FIFTY DOLLARS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Icibu harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms, including but not limited to intellectual property claims, violations of law, or breaches of third-party rights.
